1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase from ShopWithSamuel.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Beauty products, skincare, and cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at support@shopwithsamuel.com before sending the item back.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can fix it immediately.


6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@shopwithsamuel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We will provide instructions for shipping your item back.
